How We Work

Four Steps, No Surprises

The same process whether it’s a 120-key hotel or a house on five acres. The scale changes. The discipline doesn’t.

01

Consult & Budget

Before anything is signed

We walk the site, listen to what you actually want, and put a real number on it before anyone signs anything. If the budget and the vision don’t meet, you’ll hear it from us first — not six months in.

02

Design & Preconstruction

Drawings, permits, schedule

Value engineering and a schedule built backwards from your date. Commercial: brand submittals and franchise approvals. Homes: selections and allowances locked before framing.

03

Build

One superintendent, one number to call

An OSHA-30 superintendent on site, one point of contact, and weekly updates you don’t have to chase. Procurement is managed so materials arrive when the schedule needs them.

04

Closeout & Handoff

Finished means finished

Punch list, final inspections and warranty documentation. Commercial: ready for guests or tenants day one. Homes: keys, manuals and a builder who still picks up.

Frequently Asked Questions

You have questions, we have answers.

Yes — it’s half of what we do. Our Custom Homes division builds ground-up custom homes, whole-home remodels, additions and basements across Utah, from 800 sq ft casitas to 7,000+ sq ft estates.

Commercial: coast to coast, run out of our Utah headquarters. Custom homes: Utah — primarily Tooele, Salt Lake, Utah, Wasatch and Summit counties.

Backwards question — it’s why our houses come in on time. Commercial work forces real preconstruction, real scheduling and real safety standards. Most custom builders don’t carry that infrastructure. We already had it.

Yes. We handle the full Property Improvement Plan process for Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham and Choice — budgeting, value engineering, FF&E procurement and installation, phased to keep rooms in service.

It depends on the lot, the finish level and the size — anyone quoting a price per square foot before seeing your site is guessing. We’ll walk the property and give you a real budget range before you commit to anything.

Yes. We source, warehouse and install furniture, fixtures and equipment so nothing shows up three weeks after you needed it.

Yes, on both sides. One contract, one team, one point of accountability from concept through closeout.

In writing, priced, before the work happens. No surprise line items at the end.

They finished our renovation early — and we never went dark a single night.
