At D & W Builders, we saw a gap in the market: clients were tired of contractors who over-promised and under-delivered. We built this company to be the antidote to the “shady contractor” stereotype.
We believe in being upfront about costs, realistic about timelines, and uncompromising on quality — and we found those principles don’t change with the building type. So we built two divisions on one set of standards.
Our commercial teams deliver hotels, retail, office, industrial and multi-family across the United States. Our custom homes division builds and renovates across Utah, running on the same preconstruction, scheduling and safety infrastructure the commercial side demands. The result is a home builder that behaves like a general contractor, and a general contractor that finishes like a custom home builder.
In construction, safety is more than a checklist—it's a culture. Our superintendents are OSHA-30 certified, and we maintain rigorous site protocols to protect our workers, your future tenants, your liability, and the family that's going to live there.

As the owner of Ballpark Engineering, he brings “major league” precision to the D&W team, combining technical excellence with a genuine passion for community. Jaiden doesn’t just look at the math; he looks at the mission, ensuring that every beam and bolt supports your business goals.
